Code 4 Northwest is an entirely volunteer-run, free and confidential crisis response and referral network for Washington State active and retired first responders, EMS, corrections, civilian support personnel, and their families.

Beginning January 2026, Code 4 Northwest was awarded a grant from the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission (WSCJTC) to establish and maintain a peer support network and directory of culturally competent licensed mental health providers and substance use professionals to serve First Responders in Washington State.
